Tricia is tremendous! She is the quintessential professional. When seeking to list our property she was respectfully persistent and her enthusiasm and love of our home persuaded us to list with her over several other very experienced realtors we had interviewed. We are thrilled we did! Throughout the process Tricias expertise and creativity impressed us. She worked with her team member Lori to stage our home to show it in the best light possible and did an incredible job. She was consistently responsive to our questions and ideas and we always felt she made selling our home her top priority. When her tireless efforts didnt sell our home as quickly as she felt it should she explored innovative and creative marketing strategies and spared no expense to get the job done. Tricia deserves The Best Realtor award (if they make those.. if they don?t, they should!). My partner and I are first time homebuyers. We worked with a few other realtors before we met her. She was by far the best! She did what the other few couldn?t... she helped us find our perfect home, and an awesome deal! Tricia is honest, genuine, and a hard worker. Most importantly, she is patient (which is so important when working with first time homebuyers). And even more importantly, she made us feel like we were her priority. With Covid around, I personally did not feel safe looking at houses especially if there was an open house. So, she always made sure everyone was following Covid safety protocols. Tricia always worked hard to get us viewings before anyone else got in (specifically because I?m high risk). She?s a doll! She is super responsive, even to this day (settled in and happy). Her professionalism is astounding! Plus, she?s kind and sweeter than a Georgia peach. We are happy, and graciously thankful to have had the chance to work with Tricia.
