Jeff helped us purchase a condo in Manhattan. Jeff is by far the most driven and dedicated agent I have met. We were purchasing the condo while living in another city during the pandemic. Jeff adapted his schedule so we could make the best use of the short trips we could make to New York, helping schedule visits and accompanying us to tens of properties during the course of a few days. He carefully guided us through several bids and offers using his tremendous experience with the New York real estate market. He was very data driven during the entire bidding process, advising us on the bids taking into account comparables, the market and the value of the property. Even after the contract was signed, Jeff and his team carefully guided us through the long and complex New York closing process. The entire search and purchase process was extremely challenging given that we weren't based in New York, and without Jeff's tenacity and drive it would have been close to impossible. I highly recommend Jeff, and we will definitely ask him for help again whenever we have real estate needs in the area.
