I reached out to Jeff in April 2015 based on great reviews I saw online. Based on my experience working with him both to sell my condo in Manhattan and purchase a coop in Brooklyn, I believe he deserves the high praise he has garnered. Listing and selling with Jeff was a breeze; he knows what it takes to market a property and I received several all-cash offers on my place within a few days of the open house. Although the selling process took longer than expected due to some complications with the buyer, I credit Jeff for being patient and determined to make sure the deal went through. As for my own buying process, Jeff attended several open houses with me, helped me make a couple offers, and walked me through the complicated and lengthy coop approval process once one of my offers was accepted. Somehow - as if by magic - both my sale and purchase were able to close on the same week in September, and Jeff was there to congratulate me. I can't say there weren't some bumps along the way (which is to be expected in the NYC real estate market), but I'm grateful to have had Jeff (and his excellent assistant, Lowell!) as a reassuring guide through every step of the process.

My journey to Brooklyn townhouse ownership began when Jeff helped me to sell a Williamsburg condo back in early 2016. I'll never forget that, on photo day, he got a ladder and meticulously scraped off accumulated dirt on my picture windows. Because he did that, the pictures were amazingaEUR"and paired well with Jeff's pricing strategy to produce a bidding war (check) and quick sale (check), in 2 months. On to the next: between 2016-2018, my boyfriend and I have been hunting for a BK townhouse. We cast the net WIDE. Jeff found and accompanied us on viewing after viewing. The final tally: we saw 450 townhouses in 9 neighborhoods, made 13 offers, walked away from 4 homes, and finally bought the home of our dreams: a 3-family in Clinton Hill. Jeff was exactly what we needed, WHEN we needed it: a confidante, a teacher, a resource (for related professionals), and a bulldogaEUR"and always fun to work with. His style matched well with ours: prompt, driven, super-optimistic, and extremely knowledgeable. We never felt pressured to do see or do anything we didn't want to see/do...Jeff even talked us out of a couple of places we were on the fence about. I always feel that he has our best interests at heart. Fun ending to the story...now, we have brought Jeff on board to rent one of the units in the new house!
