We purchased our first home with Christy in 2009. We visited with her based on a recommendation and within a few minutes I knew she was our realtor. While the home we purchased was a conventional sale we looked at many short sales and foreclosures and she really knew the buisness. Since then I have had the privledge of watching her work with friends in multiple purchases and also have had the honor of getting to know Chris. While maybe not a requirement for this process, the strength of their marriage gives you an incredible team and demonstrates their passion. This is what they do, and they do it well! They not only know this buisness but have the heart of a teacher. Ellie Ortmann was a joy to work with. Ellie was very engaged during the entire process of purchasing a home. She called us regularly and was very patient when we changed our minds on a purchase. She worked hard to place us in the perfect house for us. She took time to understand what the needs of our family were and help us to determine what would work well for our family. She stayed in touch with us when she was busy with other clients. We felt like we were very important to her. We would highly recommend working with Ellie; She is a superior agent!The support team of Morgan and Brian were no less wonderful! Morgan is a rare jewel. She was very organized and engaged with us. She was always very kind and caring in her communications. She went above and beyond to contact us when we were in a rough patch in the process to see if there was anything she could do to help and let us know that she cared. Morgan made this experience great, she is AMAZING! Brian was very engaged as well. He solved all kinds of problems for us and I am sure he took care of many more that we did not even know about so that the process was a smooth as possible. Brian really listened to what we wanted and was a strong advocate for us. He was very kind and funny. His humor was a great help during the more stressful times in the buy/selling process. This team made us feel like we were their number one priority and that they really cared about us. We would recommend them to anyone.
