I have lived in five different states due to relocating several times. With that being said, I have bought and sold many homes. House hunting for a new home can be very exciting, as it should be, but I have found that it really can be bittersweet as well. As you agents already know, anything in real estate can happen; contracts falling through, bidding wars, inspections fail, the house went off the market, and last but not least, the house has already been sold. Ouch, that hurts. It has always been my goal not to fall in love with the house before an offer has been accepted, but that's easier said than done. Jeff knew what type of house I was looking for and he stayed focused on our needs and desires for our new home. I expressed the need to stay in the Kings School District. Since houses in the Kings School District sell quickly, in order to really succeed in purchasing a house in that district, you must react immediately, and that's what Jeff did for us. Because of Jeff's efforts in searching for a perfect home for my boys and myself and, once again, taking immediate action, we were able to view the house right away, which lead to wanting to submit an offer, in which was accepted. I would like to thank Jeff for his assistance through this whole process. The bottom line is Jeff made house hunting very sweet with no bitter allowed.
