Monica went over and beyond my expectations. Being young in the industry, she worked hard for us in selling our home. She used her personal knowledge of our neighborhood to get the offers in and to get us the best offer, especially since there were multiple properties selling in the area. She was always available to help, answer our questions. When our house sold, we used her to find our new home. She took a proactive approach, listened to what we wanted and went out to look for it! After all my demands and my husbands wishes, we finally found one that the owners ended up accepting our offer!!! We are extremely excited about our new home and new beginnings, and it wouldn't have happened without Monica!!! She is personable, made us comfortable, created flyers, recommended a great lender and made two transactions that normally would have been stressful and hateful (with all the paperwork..the paperwork!) smooth and seamless. Monica is an amazing realtor! She sold our first home in less than 5 days for over 10k more than listing. From the very beginning, she explained in detail the whole process and what she could do for us. Since we didnt need any staging she gave us a discount on her percentage (most realtors either dont stage or would still charge the percentage). Monica also provided marketing flyers and a high production quality video of our home. She posted it on all of her social media platforms where she was able to take advantage of her huge following of over 25k followers. The weekend of our open house, her and her mom Christina made sure everything was in order and also brought some Portos for our potential buyers. She kept us informed throughout the weekend about how our open house was going and what the feedback was. We got an offer after our first day of our open house which was over asking. Then the following days got multiple offers which went into a bidding war. She gave us a summary of each potential buyer along with their letters. We had an offer as high as 15k over asking and she advised us about both the good and bad about the offer. She played a major part in helping us choose the right buyers for our first home. They came with a strong offer, their paperwork was filled out correctly and the communication was great between Monica and our buyers realtor. Monica listened to what we were looking for in a buyer, sold our house in less than 5 days with an over asking price of 10k and she was a pleasure to work with. Monica was an absolute dream to work with! My husband and I were first time homebuyers... so you can imagine how scary the process can be. Luckily, Monica was there for us every step of the way! She carved out time at the very begining to explain (in detail) of how the process would work. She put our mind at ease and answered any and every question we had for her along the way. Monica listened to all of our requests and worked diligently to find homes that met our requirements (and our budget). She was extremely proactive. But above all.... she really cared! With Monica, it's not about making the sale... it's about seeing the smile on her clients' faces when she helps them get into their new home. That was very apparent throughout the process. She is personalble, outgoing, intelligent and truly has a passion for what she does. We found our home within 3 months of hiring her! We had heard so many horror stories from friends in our position who were also looking for their first homes in Orange County who took up to a year to find their homes! Monica did a great job of going to bat for us... negotiating to meet our requests (which is hard to do in a seller's market) and in the end, we felt like we got a great deal and are so happy with our new home!!!
