My husband and I had a WONDERFUL experience with Zach as our realtor. As first-time home buyers, we were clueless about the home buying process and had a lot of questions. In addition, we were looking during a crazy seller's market, and houses were pending immediately after listing and were going for over-asking selling price. It was easy to feel overwhelmed and discouraged given the circumstances (we were also on a tight budget), but Zach kept us calm and was always positive. His quick responses to texts and emails was incredible, and he was able to set up showings as soon as we wanted them, according to our work schedules. It was fun to look at houses with him, as he has a great presence and is a joy to be around. Zach was always honest with us, pointing out negatives that we saw in houses and telling us whether a house was overpriced based on nearby comps, etc. Zach found us an amazing house, way under budget, and he was just as excited about it as we were! When it was time to put in the offer, he walked us through every step and didn't go to bed until the offer was accepted! Zach walked us through the inspection and appraisal process and did an amazing job negotiating on the inspection. Working with Zach was very efficient and organized, and there were no surprises at the closing table. Not only was he a fantastic realtor, but he has also become a friend. We highly recommend Zach to help you find your dream home in the Lexington area and surrounding cities!
