We listed our home with Brittiny and also purchased one with her. She seriously is the best. I have a lot of questions and I demand a lot of time. I literally have contacted her at all hours of the day and she's never once complained or made me feel bad or acted like I was rude because I was anxious/nervous or upset about something and needed her guidance or her expertise. Her team is also amazing. I love that Erica sends updates to you as a seller and a buyer to keep you updated with the whole selling or buying process. They truly go above and beyond to make their clients happy and you can genuinely tell that they care about you at a personal level. I love that Brittiny would never tell me something just because she thinks I want to hear it or because she wants to make a sale. She is honest, caring and she thoroughly makes sure that you are choosing your perfect home and not just settling to get into something. I have many friends who are amazing at what they do but chose to go with Brittiny because she was helpful and kind from day one even before we decided on a realtor. I never felt pressured! And to top it off, she sold our house after 13 days for full asking price! She gives you great and achievable tips to make your house sell without costing you an arm and a leg.
