Her knowledge of the market place, ability to provide meaningful comps, her attention to detail and her timely, and easy to understand communications helped us efficiently and effectively bring our fathers house to the market and helped us get a great closing price. She worked with us to identify areas that we wanted to highlight and showcase in the house, advised us on selecting the right offer, and when the Buyers broker and counsel looked to re-negotiate points that they and their clients previously agreed to, and made disparaging and unprofessional comments to and about Barrie, the house and us as sellers, she handled the inexcusable behavior with class, and professionalism. She navigated what turned into a contentious negotiation of a P&S and closing smoothly, always keeping our focus on the end result and helped my brother and I to think clearly and respond to maximize our sale price.
