Barrie Naji is someone that I would absolutely work with again. Her knowledge of the market place, ability to provide meaningful comps, her attention to detail and her timely, and easy to understand communications helped us efficiently and effectively bring our fathers house to the market and helped us get a great closing price. She worked with us to identify areas that we wanted to highlight and showcase in the house, advised us on selecting the right offer, and when the Buyers broker and counsel looked to re-negotiate points that they and their clients previously agreed to, and made disparaging and unprofessional comments to and about Barrie, the house and us as sellers, she handled the inexcusable behavior with class, and professionalism. She navigated what turned into a contentious negotiation of a P&S and closing smoothly, always keeping our focus on the end result and helped my brother and I to think clearly and respond to maximize our sale price.

Friends referred us to Barrie, and we are so happy they did! We know she is selective about who she works with, and only works with a few buyers at a time, so we were thrilled that we were a good match, and able to work with her. Barrie showed us homes in several towns, discussed the pros and cons of the locations, explained the differences between various systems like well water vs. town water, septic vs. cesspool vs. town sewer, etc. She never assumed that we knew, or didn t know about the home buying process. She explained each step in advance, and went over it again when we approached each new step or deadline that needed attention. Our new, high-tech, luxury home transaction was difficult for many reasons, but Barrie managed to keep the inspector, attorneys, lenders, and everyone else involved, on-track, and fully informed every step of the way. She was always available to answer our questions, calm our fears, and reassure us when we needed it most. We are thrilled with our new home, and we are so grateful we chose Barrie! When we are ready to sell our home, buy investment property, or buy a new home, we will be calling Barrie. She is like family now, and we tell all our friends about her!
