For years, my goal was to buy an apartment in NYC. Last year was finally the right time for me to start looking, and I selected Grant Braswell to represent me in the process. I never could have imagined how easy and stress-free it could be. I truly feel like he had my best interests at heart, and he gave me creative advice, and walked me through some of the complicated questions I had (I couldn't resist - I work in finance). He gave me the analytical detail I needed and wanted so I could fully understand the value of the apartment I was considering. I ended up buying in Clinton Hill and am closing in about a month. I couldn't be happier! I got a great deal and felt like I found the most trustworthy agent and broker to guide me through the entire transaction. Grant is truly a dream come true! He's knowledgeable about the city, the social scene, restaurants and bars, and is extremely smart, well-spoken, super friendly, and great at follow-up.
