Kim was amazing! I didnt have a realtor at first. I used Zillow and was looking at houses. She was the listing agent on a house I took a tour of and she was great. Her knowledge of the property and ability to explain things on a personal and professional level really stood out to me. From that point on, I reached out to her on potential properties and things I wanted to tour. She listened to my wants, needs, and expectations on my future home and found wonderful listings. She knew I was desperate to find a home, and even told me we could look at one of the properties I wanted to tour, but it didnt seem to check the boxes I was looking for. I made a few offers and the homes sold for more than I wanted to offer. I received a text from her about a week after I lost my aEURoedream homeaEUR? where she had found another house that was an even better fit for me. 2 days later I toured the property and made an offer that was accepted. Thanks to Kim the whole process from start to finish was very simple. She was great to deal with, very quick to respond, and laid it all out there for me.
