This Group is wonderful. I have worked with them for over 2 years now. They have helped me with a purchase. They helped me manage my rental property. And helped sell my properties. I was new to the Augusta area and they helped welcome me to my new location. I explained to them what I was looking for. They worked hard to find me exactly what I wanted. Once I found the home I wanted I they help with making sure I was paying a fair purchase price and that I closed on time. They took really good care of me. They also managed a property for me they did a very awesome job in this area. They took care of all of the dirty work for me when dealing with the renter. I can only think of one time I had to get involved with a matter. And during this time time they were very professional. They recognized their mistake, apologized and grew from it. For that reason alone is why I used them to sell my properties. Most companies (yes in Augusta, I made the mistake and tried out another company) make excuses so bad they make it the customer/clients fault. Or they just will cut ties. This group does not do that. They want you happy. They keep everything professional. But at the same time its like working with an old friend that works hard and wants the best for you. I had to move out state and chose to sell my properties there. I reached out to them and ask for their assistance. Both properties were listed and had an offer in less than a week. The first one property was listed Monday morning and by noon had an offer. We closed on both properties in less than 30 days. All of this was done remote. They took care of EVERYTHING for me. So you can be anywhere in the world. They will handle it. My overall experience with them was awesome. I have not figured out how do they give that 1:1 experience. Like you are their only client. I can tell you I was not. They had an event for all of their clients and it was like a big family reunion. I hope I have clearly expressed my awesome experience with them in these past two years. I wish them only good things for their future.
