Not only do you want to use RE/MAX, you want Dianna Doyle and her team! Dianna Doyle was the realtor for the purchase and sale of my home in the Colorado Springs area. She is responsive, professional, confident, has excellent emotional intelligence, and is just a wonderful human being. I came to the Colorado Springs market with my first exposure to a sellers' market. I was shocked at how quickly house were listed and sold. Cozette Morrow was her teammate who took my family and I in her car for 12 hours looking at 12 homes breaking all her previous records with nothing to show for it. Yet Dianna and Cozette were undeterred and executed ten additional virtual tours to find our home. When it was time to sell we returned to Dianna Doyle and her team, and she provided sound professional advice on what to do to make our home "show ready" and even during the COVID experience we were able to show and receive offers on our home. Just another way Dianna is a phenomenal person, realtor, and local resource. Due to COVID we could not take an early trip to house hunt at our next location, so we had to do all virtual, except with the cancelation of USAA movers advantage we had no way to identify a professional, competent, and responsive realtor. Dianna to the rescue! She easily was able to reach out through her RE/MAX network and refer us to a great realtor at our next location.
