Scott was fantastic and incredibly responsive. He was a huge help to us in dealing with the seller, and as the house was newly renovated, the contractor as well. He also played a key part in working with our attorney as well as the seller's and most importantly, with our mortgage company, in getting our mortgage and closing done within less than 30 days from our application as we were under a tight timeframe. I can't say enough about how great he was for us and how helpful. He really went way above and beyond what we would have ever expected of a realtor, and this is our 8th home purchase so have plenty to compare him with. No wonder his family have been running his Real Estate Agency here in Kearny for over 125 years. The Bixlers know Kearny, know their business and really know how to take care of their customers.
