I met Vanessa through Zillow and immediately I liked how honest she was even if it wasnt in her favor. She felt familiar, extremely knowledgeable, professional yet down to earth and it was so easy and natural to work with her. She got us our dream home, a multi family with a yard in Jersey City, in the toughest housing market in July 2021. She navigated difficult personalities through ups and downs and worked patiently with us as we had a challenging loan experience with our 203k rennovation loan. She really cared about my family and even shed tears with us when we finally closed! She always went above and beyond as we had to get into the house several times and was always happy to help! She brought us a thoughtful card and bottle of champagne when we finally got our keys!
