Dallas Sartz, Kendra Bishop, Dana Svanum, Ayelen Increta and the entire Bishop Team were outstanding throughout the process! They showed tremendous care and kindness for our large family with five children as we navigated one of the most stressful decisions a family can face in life. Dallas and the team were patient and understanding throughout, and they provided us with expert insights and guidance from our first meeting. From guiding us on the local market to helping with pricing to preparing the home to staging, we always felt supported. We were truly a team! Any time one enters into an arena of life in which they lack expertise, trepidation rears its ugly head; however, it was vanquished quickly by this amazing group. Dallas and the team provided consistent feedback during the course of the process, and they were always honest, direct, and transparent with us. The Bishop Group even allowed our children to take some of their online classes from their beautiful office when we had to leave the house for showings. It was a warm and welcoming haven for us as a family when we needed to be out of the house. Dallas and the team worked hard to not negatively impact the lives and activities of our kids while simultaneously ensuring we had consistent private showings and well attended open houses throughout our listing period. On top of everything else, Dallas, Kendra, and the team are just very fun, down to earth people who we really enjoyed talking to and spending time with over the process.
