Danielle has a sunny personality that makes you instantly want to be her friend, but that is not why I chose her as my Real Estate Agent. I chose her because she is so incredibly knowledgeable in her field, and seeks out ongoing education to keep herself at the forefront of the industry. Over the last two years that we have known each other, she has educated me on so much pertaining to the Real Estate market. It was through her that I learned that my husband and I were really in a place to become buyers! Because Danielle and the Betts Reality Group run their business through the ongoing relationships that are built with clients and vendor partners, there was never any pressure. We moved at our pace, and on our schedule. She helped us hone in on what was a aEURoemust haveaEUR?, and what was a aEURoewishaEUR? when it came to features and area. She got us to expand our thinking outside of the neighborhood we were in, which also expanded our options. When we found "THE HOUSE" she patiently explained exactly what each step of the process would be. She calmed me down when I got freaked out, and made it easy to understand Real Estate language in laymen's terms. She definitely had our backs! Now we are just moved into our new home. My wife and I interviewed a number of real estate agents when we decided it was time to sell our home and buy a new one. When it came down to it we choose the Betts team, and I am so glad we did. We tried to go through this process a year earlier and things didn't go well at all. This time around with the Betts our house old in 4 hours! Literally second person to come look at the house day it went on the market was person who bought it. When it came time to find a house they we found a property that we just loved and I told them we 'HAVE TO HAVE IT'. Harold and Barbara worked their magic and truly fought for us, even though there were two other offers on the home for more than what we could offer. They did everything and we got the home. I could not ask for anything more for the house we are in and the neighborhood. These two are the best and are a pleasure to work with on the biggest deals you will tend to do in your life.
