Courtnee has been absolutely, without any hesitation in saying this, Superb. She was very patient with me as we looked at property for about a 6 month period. I then took that much time off from looking until about a month ago. We had Courtnee come and give us her opinion of our home to put on the market. She told us not to put it on the market unless we really wanted to sell. We signed with her and two weeks later , first showing, we had an offer. We actually had one other but they had canceled. She took us all the way through the process very professionaly. We also used her to help us find our new home. We did all this, selling one and buying another in 5 weeks. Yes Courtnee is very Professional, kind and actually fun to work with. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who might read this. Thank you Courtnee for a job well done!!!
