We have used Julian two times now - once to find us a home (in 2015) and again to sell a home (Dec 2017). I can honestly say that he is an absolute joy to work with!!! When we bought, he found us a home that was a perfect fit for our family and needs. He was completely engaged with us while looking at homes and never let anything distract him. He went above and beyond by doing a virtual tour via Skype when we were unavailable to make it to the property. He also negotiated the final deal so that we got everything we wanted and more (not kidding!) When we sold our home it couldn't have been any easier and we got an awesome price for it! I never once felt stressed about the sale because it was literally smooth sailing. He definitely looks out for your best interest. I am so happy that I choose him to help us and would highly recommend him to anyone!
