Laura recently helped me with the purchase of my first home. While it took me nearly a year to find my home, she was incredibly patient and helpful. Always available, even at a moments notice, to go visit a home & always super excited and motivated wiith the search. She was honest and forthright when she though a home had issues or the space wasn't quite right for me - but extremely supportive when I was really interested in a place. She helped me with 3 other offers that were unsuccessful due to higher, above asking offers. And, knew how and when to be firm with waffling sellers on my offer which ultimately led to my purchase (below asking!). Jason was more than helpful in jumping in to help out with his expertise when it was needed during the process. They were instrumental in an great referral for an incredible lender, processing my amazing 20-day escrow and closing the day before Thanksgiving! The Berns Team are incredible at their jobs, plain and simple. The fact that they go above and beyond for every client is their standard operating procedure.
