John was very PATIENT with us. I was a first time homebuyer, not familiar at all with the process, and I had a lot of questions. We were looking for a small home on a small body of water, but otherwise did not know what we wanted. John took us to a variety of places in a variety of towns, on various bodies of water over the span of a few months. Then, suddenly and unexpectedly, we found OUR place. Everything happened very quickly from the bid to the final transactions, and John orchestrated every step of the way. We were in the house within 5 weeks. He gave us great referrals for home inspectors and home owners' insurance (saved us a ton of money by going local rather than a national brand). He was very knowledgeable about all of the communities and bodies of water he took us to. He is also a very kind man and easy to work with. I was so afraid that buying a house would be like buying a car with pushy sales people, but our experience could not be any further from that. John was wonderful!
