My husband and I were new to New England and to home buying when we met John. He was such a blessing, I don't know how our experience would have been without him, but with John there every step went smoothly. Right away, he put us in contact with trusted local professionals such as a lender who met with us for over 2 hrs on a Sunday, and inspectors who were ready when we were. He explained the whole process (multiple times I'm sure) with such patience. We were in a hurry to buy a home, but were very particular in what we wanted and our budget. There was a time when a house, which was at the high end of our 'comfort price' and not quite everything we wanted, came available and was empty, move-in ready. My husband and I were really considering settling and planning out all the work we would do to it to make it what we wanted. John thoughtfully advised us that if we had to talk ourselves into the house, it wasn't the home for us, and he was right. When we found our home it was everything we wanted and more! John worked all day, every day to make sure we had the best experience possible and went above and beyond real estate agent duties. We are so happy to have found our first home and are grateful to have found our first friend in the area. Thank you John, for everything!

Our WONDERFUL neighbor recommended John Fennessey and said he is a great person who helped her purchase her home. We called him on Wednesday and he was at our home the very next day. We had SEVEN... you are reading correctly! SEVEN showings on Saturday and a firm contract by Sunday...EHAAAAAA! John followed up with us over the next six weeks giving us detailed instructions on HOW we should sell our home correctly. I should mention we never sold a house before, so, our trust in JOHN was vital to everything including our mental health during the selling process. Even at times that I got nervous and "MACHINE GUNNED" him via EMAILS and texts, John was patient, kind, and always professional. We closed on house with no glitches. John had efficiently created a relaxed environment for the buyer, the buyer's realtor and US! A relaxed environment equated to a VERY relaxed closing on the house.
