In addition, he has connections and contacts at the best vendors in town. When we bought our home, the house we were interested in needed some pool work, a window replaced, and a minor roof repair. Steve contacted local vendors and had each of them out to the house within 48 hours of our inspection to give us quotes on the cost of the repairs so we could make a counter offer to the sellers. In addition, after closing on the home the vendors were very responsive in getting us on the schedule and getting the work done ASAP. They all know Steve and provide great service and pricing to his clients. Since closing Steve has checked in with us to see if we got all the repairs scheduled and if we needed his help. He continues to provide outstanding service even after the deal is done. Steve and his team cannot be beat!
