Gayle helped me sell my home in Clifton Virginia worth over a Million and is now helping me buy a home for under $300,000. His commitment was the same no matter what price range....he was looking after my best interest and never made me feel like I was putting him out, even after I had him show me properties in Winchester which took us over 1.5 hours to get there, looked at over 10 properties and found nothing I liked; He just said we can go out again next weekend. Finally we found the perfect home which fits my needs and are going to closing this month. There were some home inspection items that I was fine with but Gayle went back to seller to get them to fix everything AND give me a 3 year warranty. His knowledge and connections in this business took away a lot of my stress. I am truly thankful to this amazing man

My husband and I were referred to Gayle when it came time for us to purchase our first home, and I am so happy we worked with him. He made the process smooth and always had our best interest in mind. Gayle never wasted time getting us out to propertys we were interested in, and he was quick to act with getting our contract written up and sent up when we made an offer. He treated us like we were his only customer and has exceptional customer service. He was extremely accesible and always accomodated our schedules to meet with us. He was very consultive explaining the process in great detail the entire way, we rarely had questions because he proactively gave us all the right information at the right time. We would highly recommend Gayle, matter of fact we already have to two couples we knew were looking, they are both working with him after meeting him and feeling the same level of confidence in his knowledge and abilities. I will deifnitely use Gayle in the future if we decide to sell or buy another home!
