I contacted Amy when we were planning our move from Washington state to San Luis Obispo. She did not hesitate for a second when I asked her for her help, not in purchasing a home, but in finding a rental. We sold our house in Washington, and we knew we would not buy for the first couple of years in San Luis. Amy not only helped in the assistance of finding a rental, she took time out of her busy schedule to provide information to us about the community, schools, neighborhoods, etc... She was quick to answer every email and phone call, and addressed all of my questions (and there were many!). She viewed the home in person for us, texted us pictures and gave us her honest opinion on the home and the location. This was all her own personal time. Since we have been in San Luis, I have contacted Amy several times for recommendations and questions. Again, she was eager to help and always got right back to me. I have been impressed with Amy beyond words. Not only by her knowledge of the market and the area, but as a person. 5 stars are not enough. There is no doubt that when we are ready to buy, we will be contacting Amy.

Amy Danne is amazing. She has always been pleasant, thorough, and professional. We are 200 miles away, so we had to rely on her a lot, and she never let us down! She always went out of her way to get us information or answer questions, and when we found the property that was the right fit for our needs, she made the whole process easy and a joy. She was always there for us, representing us and looking out for our interests every step of the way. It was obvious that it is more than a job for her. It is clear that she really cares that her clients are satisfied, and we cannot believe how much work she has for us, including doing lots of research and leg work for us when some significant issues came up. She even has gone out of her way to help us on things outside of the sale.
