We were looking to purchase a home in the vicinity of Portland Tn. We were out of state and during COVID19 so we knew the only option was virtual. We were watching homes come available and finally saw some of interest. When reaching out through Zillow to set up a virtual tour we were connected with Jason Howard. He was very accommodating and professional, quickly arranging the tour via FaceTime. He went though every corner of the home pointing out items and provided valuable information. Homes were selling rapidity, Jason provided pointers to get us in a better position to quickly place on offer. All great advice, within the next few days a home came on the market and we had a tour set up within minutes. Again via FaceTime and Jason went through every inch of the home and out buildings. With in the next few hours we had our offer in place. Jason was always available and guided us through an out of state purchase, to include the inspection and follow up. We could not be more pleased with his attention, knowledge and professionalism. We are now proud owners of our home in TN.
