We had the privilege of working with Andrea for both the listing of our home and the buying of a new home. Prior to listing with Andrea, we had our home listed with 2 other realtors, who were not successful in selling our home. What a difference when Andrea took over. Her new suggestions on our listing made the difference.....and it did NOT include lowering the price. Her marketing skills, along with her connections, references, communication and follow-ups were exceptional. She sold our home at our target price.As our home was listed, she was also looking for a new home for us. We checked listing book daily and Andrea was also giving us homes that we did not see on our own. As our home that she sold was under Due Diligence, we found our new home. Her negotiating skills were awesome. She made it possible for us to avoid a double move and timed everything perfectly.Along with Andrea, we had the pleasure of working with her assistant, Fran Pollack. I do not think I have ever met a more thorough person. She was aware of every detail and the closing of both homes went as smoothly as could be.
