Steven worked tirelessly for us. I found him to be as dedicated to finding our dream home as we were. His knowledge of construction science and no-nonsense attitude helped us beyond our highest expectations. Coordinating his schedule to meet with our contractors and acting as a proxy for us at times (we were moving from out of town.) Even as our Realtor he had his process down to a finely-tuned art. Always having the necessary contracts ready (like most, we were in a hurry) and working relentlessly and without complaint on a rather complicated loan with our lender. I should mention that Steven is really great at communicating, this is a quality NOT shared by all realtors. At one point Steven said to me, "If this house is not the one, don't worry. We will find it." He convinced me and it made the burden of home buying that much less heavy.
