Steve knew the area, looked at multiple properties for me, as I am from out of town, and was great at finding me multiple properties within my price range. He was able to answer every question I had, was honest, to the point, and a great realter. He helped bridge any gaps and get things done, where other realters may have gotten stalled out. He also worked well with the selling agent and sellers to get us all on the same page to transfer ownership. He also would walked through any concerns I had to address every one of them. I would absolutely recommend Steve to anyone looking for a home in N.E. Texas. I think I'll assign the phrase "Get-R-Done" to him! Don't be afraid to tell him any special difficulties you may have with buying a house as he will figure out how to make it happen. I would 100% use Steve as my realter again and he 100% earns his pay.
