Chris was a great person to work with to purchase our first home. I had a little more complicated situation as my wife was out of state and was co-signer for our home loan. Chris knew how to ease the process of purchasing the home by contacting the closing attorney for a PoA. He was extremely patient as we looked upwards of 20 homes over the course of a few weeks. He was very knowledgeable of the local area and it's surrounding towns and informed us of where he thought we would get the best education for our children. My wife and I finally came across a final house to view and decided it was the one to purchase. Chris not only knew the home buying process but let us know of common problems that slow the process and what to expect or to have ready in case those problems were to arise. He kept us in the loop as to where we were standing; if the bank wouldn't inform us of progression he would call or email them to receive an answer. As first-time home buyers my wife and I are more than happy with the realtor we chose. Chris isn't only great at his job but a great person overall. Thank you for your help, again!
