Amber Bills was knowledgeable about the area where we wanted to purchase a home. She walked us through and explained the processes of making an offer and all the variances and strategies as we competed with others for the house. She was completely responsive to our questions night and day. There was no waiting for her to get back to us. After our offer was accepted, she continue to hold our hand and help us with the inspection and resolution of problems that were manifested. She continued to answer our questions and communicate with the sellers agent to resolve any issues. She and her team were helpful every step of the way including the final walk through and the closing. We were living in a different state at the time of the purchase and she took care of everything. We could not have asked for a more professional person and team.
