My experience with Amber Bills Group was with Suzanne Wicker, their buyers agent. Suzanne was, in short, a blessing. Right from the start Suzanne was friendly and responsive. We met within a couple days of our initial contact to go over what we were looking for. She started looking on the MLS for us immediately and was always available if we had a question, day or night. We ended up making offers on three different houses, two of which fell through due to circumstances outside of Suzannes control. With every offer she provided sound advice on what we should put on the table, and on the final house she used excellent negotiating skills to get us a killer deal. I would recommend Suzanne to anyone looking to buy a house in a heartbeat. On another note - the loan officer recommended by the group - Tim Lombardo, turned out to be a disappointment. There was a lot of false promises and last minute fees that made the escrow process stressful and unnecessarily painful. If you do go with him, be highly skeptical of any promises he makes.
