When my husband and I first started looking around at property in Arizona, we werent even sure if we really wanted to buy anything. we were only considering buying a second home someplace in the west after living in Kansas for 14 years. (Both of us are from the SF Bay Area) we met Adrian by chance while looking at a vacant house we had seen on a short sale list on the internet. Adrian asked us what we were looking for, and was honestly the first real estate agent that actually seemed to listen and did not waste our time showing us properties that did not meed our want list. Equally as impressive was that he did not pressure us in any way. In just the few days that we had in the area, Adrian showed us only properties that met our expectations. On our last day, Adrian took us to a new house that was pretty much exactly what we were looking for. We were very satisfied with Adrians representation in buying our home. We fell in love with the house and the area and after a year, decided that we would make it our only home and sold our property in Kansas. Since then, we have recommended Adrian to a friend who was also very pleased with his knowledge and expertise and purchased a home. If we should ever decide to relocate, Adrian would be the only one we would consider to represent us in the sale of this house.
