I had the pleasure of working with Wendy and her team (Shannon and Julianna) after a somewhat negative initial foray into purchasing my first home. After taking a month or two off from searching to recoup my losses, I asked friends for references and was directed to Wendy Walker Fine Properties. I approached Wendy with trepidation and laid out all of my concerns to her, one of the first and foremost being that my budget wasn't of the caliber that some of the gorgeous homes listed on her website seemed to require, I was concerned I might not get the same level of service. If you are reading this, I can assure you, Wendy and her team treated me with the utmost care and concern, responding to all of my emails, texts, and calls within minutes. They listened to my list of 'must haves' and 'wants', introduced me to some neighborhoods I'd never known about, and once I found the place I wanted, Wendy and Shannon both took the reigns in communicating and negotiating for me. They were supportive and informed throughout the entire process, and I felt confident that Wendy's advice was backed up by data, accurate, and in my best interest. And I am pleased to say that today I picked up the keys to my first home, and I couldn't be more proud! Thank you Wendy and Shannon for all your hard work!
