We selected Matt to sell our home because we knew he had experience selling in our income-qualified covenant. He gave us advice for how to stage our home, and set up all the advertising and signage we would need. We were tremendously pleased with his knowledge and experience with selling in our area, so we asked him to help us buy our new home as well.Folks, this is where Matt really shines. He can walk into a house and tell you everything about it, from the construction norms (and pitfalls) of the era it was built, to the growth potential of a neighborhood. He's not just trying to get you into something to get his commission. There were several homes that he advised us against pursuing, whether due to the condition of the house, or just because he understood how we like to live IN our house. As corny as it sounds, Matt really does care about getting you into the RIGHT house.Even when we wound up having to work with another agent for our purchase, Matt kept us fully appraised of the situation with our sale, and when our seller ran into some snags, Matt pushed in all the right places to get things un-snagged. It was a great pleasure working with Matt, and if the situation comes up again, I won't hesitate to go back to him.

Matt was very clear in his explanation of the best time options to sell our house and helped in all phases in the lead up to the date, including staging. Matt was very professional at all times, his staff were friendly and efficient and were willing to work around our other time commitments whenever needed.
