Matt did an excellent job on both my sale and purchase. Neither were straightforward transactions and both turned out exceptionally well.My sale involved a leaking oil tank that might have scared off some buyers. Matt was able to guide buyers through the issues and everything closed easily.My purchase was in the hot market. Matt mailed everyone in the area that I wanted to move to asking if anyone wanted to sell. He got a couple of responses and Matt patiently negotiated for a couple of weeks and was able to make the sale happen. I definitely paid market price, but it in this market, it was nice to avoid a bidding war.I had often thought that buying and selling without an agent would save a lot of money. I definitely came out better on both transactions having Matt guide them through. I would definitely use him again and would recommend him to anyone.

Matt is a total pro! To help make our Issaquah Highlands listing more attractive, Matt hired a staging consultant and photographer with drone. And it sold within the first week! After a relatively painless sale agreement and contingency sign off phase, we encountered trouble in the final stretch when the buyer (or buyer's agent) made unrealistic demands post final walk thru a day before signing. With our backs to the wall, we ran through the punch list quickly only to be met with another punch list with even more ridiculous demands. We felt deflated, but Matt went to work to line up another buyer if things went further south. With another potential buyer in pocket, we were able to turn the tables and decline their demands which sent them quickly to sign the deal. With Matt's quick work we were able to save thousands by not having to give into last minute demands. And through all this, Matt and Kathi worked with the utmost integrity which is what we valued the most. Thanks Matt!!

Matt was very clear in his explanation of the best time options to sell our house and helped in all phases in the lead up to the date, including staging.
