Thomas worked tirelessly obtaining the best price and deal for the sale of my home. His patience and negotiations secured a sale above the asking price while keeping me informed of offer details during the sale. In addition, Thomas's integrity insured that all persons who requested to view the home were allowed to do so even though there was multiple acceptable offers after the first day of showing. Thomas reviewed each offer with me personally and explained in layman's terms the details of each offer and advised me accordingly. We accepted an offer for my Gresham home after only 4 days on the market and the sale closed in two weeks after acceptance of the offer. Without a doubt this was made possible because of Thomas's knowledge, negotiations, integrity and patience.
