My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Thomas on the recent sale of our house in NE Portland. He was wonderful - he took care of things before they became issues like the gardener who never came and the confused air conditioning repairman saving my husband and I additional stress. He recommended a reasonable stager and worked with them to get access. Our house sold for over-asking in less than 4 hours! And we went to closing in under 3 weeks all managed skillfully by Thomas no last minute panics or dropped balls - smooth as silk. When it was all over we had such a good time we wIshed we had another house to sell with Thomas. If we ever sell our house in Idaho I'm going to beg him to take the listing.
