Menika did an outstanding job of assisting with our home search. Moving from GA to MS, we had no idea of what to expect in the housing market. We planned a weekend trip to delve into the possibility of moving to MS. Menika was professional, and knowledgeable. She was able to expand our search throughout the entire metro area of Jackson. We were very pleased with her ability to articulate the insights of the housing market in the Jackson area and provide detailed information on the specific areas of growth. Menika was very responsive to our questions and went above and beyond our level of expectation to ensure we were provided all of the information we needed to make an informed decision. Within that same weekend, we found our dream retirement home and immediately began the process of a purchase. She was very instrumental in working with the selling agent to ensure the transition to home ownership was accomplished. We have the highest level of respect for an agent with her caliber of knowledge of the Jackson and surround areas. Thanks to Menika, we were able to close on time 11/18/2022, and look forward to our permanent residence in MS. In addition to the closing, and after the fact, because of our long distance, she was also able to assist us with a utility connection.
