Megan is an outstanding realtor. She is friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. We liked her for her soft sell approach. She is not pushy at all. She is very matter of fact and will tell you the key points of the home, the area, the schools, etc. We have used her for our own home purchase a few years ago and most recently when she helped our parents buy a home in Post Falls. We?ve never had any issues or problems with any paperwork, transactions or processes. She has a lot of friends in financing, home inspections, painters and title companies. She is from this area and she knows the ?ins and outs? of all the surrounding areas. We have recommended her to friends who have selected her as their realtor.
