We worked with Carol Krogh for over a year - casually at first because we lived 300 miles away. Carol was very good at communicating with us when we asked about specific properties and helped us learn more about offerings and areas of Ponte Vedra. Once we arrived in the area, we began an intense search for a home. Carol pointed us in new directions and showed us many properties with tremendous patience. Carol was extremely honest about the differences in areas and what our expectations should be, but she gave us a lot a latitude to find out for ourselves. Carol is very bright and witty and is an absolute joy to be around. Her market knowledge and negotiating skills are the best we've ever experienced. We couldn't be happier with the results.
