I just got done with an excellent real estate transaction with Andrea, and it went so well that I had to sit down and write a review about it. Ive bought and sold many homes as Ive moved around with my business, and this deal was absolutely the best ever. I kept asking myself, when are the problems going to start, and they never didaEUR"zero problems, complete and absolute successaEUR"it went smooth as silk. Heres why I think it went so well:First, Andrea is a consummate professional. At our first pre-listing meeting she came with a marketing kit that was complete, detailed and totally organized. In all my real estate transactions, I have never seen a more professional package. Next, my transaction had to be done long distance, but Andrea made it easy and made sure I was informed and making my own decisions at every step of the way.
