The bottom line is that after a potential buyer was not approved for their loan our home finally sold in approx 60 days. My comments are that in a sellers market when there is very limited inventory your home, if presented properly,m will sell. Our opportunity is that Joel clearly works for a large organization and our expectation was more of personalized service. We did not hear from Joel unless I called him. I felt as if I was nagging him to get us answers. To be very honest he was a lil condescending towards my calling him and starting referring me to as aEURoeBossaEUR?. After that comment I no longer reached out to him. Thankfully our home finally closed. In comparison during the same time we purchased a home in NC and the experience was the exact opposite. We closed in 35 days and the realtor communicated with us every step of the way. There was no stone unturned and I will refer her to any and everyone I know.
