In late January of 2020 I listed an Estate property with Paige at Texas Real Estate Pro. I was the executor of the estate and represented heirs that do not live in Texas. I also did not live in Texas. As part of my responsibilities as executor of the estate I traveled to Houston Texas to settle estate affairs, this included a final selection of the real estate agent to represent the estate.From our initial telephone conversation to an in person interview I was impressed with Paiges knowledge of the area, marketing strategy, and understanding of potential buyers. There were a number of hurdles to clear in order to sell the house. These included the sale of estate items, minor repairs and staging the property for sale. All of this had to occur without me present. Paige was a wealth of information about reputable local sub-contractors and vendors to assist me. It would have been very difficult to accomplish my estate property checklist without her assistance. Based upon my experience with Texas Real Estate Pro, I would not hesitate to recommend Paige at Texas Real Estate Pro to represent someone buying or selling a property. They were EXCEPTIONAL!
