Cathy is the kind of person you see and ask, "How does she have time to get everything done in her life, AND, still be able to help me and my family purchase a home?" From the moment I started working with her, I knew I landed the right agent. It wasn't based on her "knowledge, the utilization of her professional tools of her industry, but quite simply, her attentiveness to what my requirements were for purchasing my home. She listens to her clients and it reflects in how she was able to successfully find exactly what we were wanting in a home. When I presented objections or challenges to her regarding certain homes, she had discussions you would expect a Realtor to have on your behalf. When scheduling conflicts arose, she accommodated me, even on a Sunday. I could write a dissertation on why I will continue to work with Cathy in the future, but if I were to only use adjectives to describe my experience getting to know her and work with her, I would describe this experience as: Phenomenal.
