After entering into contract with a sub-par realtor where we were making no progress, we were so glad to find Paula! The first thing we noticed about her that was different was her responsiveness. If I texted her, I had a reply within moments. If I emailed her, I had a reply within minutes. As a seller, we had a lot of questions, and Paula was unbelievably easy to communicate with. The next thing we noticed about Paula was her servant heart. We were selling our home from a distance, and Paula took care of many more things than she had to. She found us good deals for repairs, let contractors into our house, and checked on their work. She always took pictures of how things looked and made it so we were comfortable getting work done on the house from afar. Paula knew exactly what we needed to do to get our house sold. She was always an open book and then facilitated everything we needed to do. Paula knew the market inside and out, and told us when she predicted our house would sell. She presented us with her strategy to get it sold, and sure enough, it sold just when she said it would, at the price she said it would. When it was time for contract negotiation, Paula helped us navigate our options, gave us sound recommendations, and explained her reasoning. From start to finish, we were thrilled with Paulas work in helping us sell our home. We were nervous about selling our home after our first realtor experience, but sure enough, Paula Sold It!!
