We interviewed numerous agents and conducted vigorous discussions of expectations. The agent we decided to go with after all of that just did not perform. 60 days on market with no offers. Rather than replace her with our second choice we took a friend's recommendation to use Tammy. Tammy had just sold our friend's house in our same neighborhood and did a fantastic job. Within a week of signing up with Tammy she brought us two good offers. Tammy did all of the work instead of us doing most of it like we were doing with our initial realtor. In the end, Tammy made it happen for us with great results quickly. We accepted one of the two offers and moved on with our lives 25 days later. Other realtors may have had wonderful sales presentations, or decades in the business, but Tammy was a realistic professional who listened to our biggest concerns, focused on what was most important in helping us reach our goal, and made things happen by working hard.
