The home I purchased was an investment property in which I immediately turned around and rented to the sellers. Team Martellini was with me the whole way through my buying and leasing process. I have worked with other agents in the past and I usually have to be the proactive one tracking a timeline, asking when is this going to happen or this needs to get this done, could you get that set up for me Mr or Mrs Agent? Not with Tammy and John, they move so quick and handled the process so efficiently, I did not have to worry about a thing. And they did not miss anything. There were no surprises a day or two before closing such as, "We need to get this signed" or this needs to be done because they missed something. If you have purchased a house before you know that is almost inevitable that something is missed. Tammy and John handled everything...so that I didn't have to. Top Notch and extremely professional.
