After deciding to take a break on my house search due to lack of interest from other realtors, I randomly came across a listing from Nicolette. I gave her a call on a Thursday night and she was able to get me a showing that following Saturday. I fell in love with the house instantly and she started the paperwork with me that SAME night. She was very thorough in explaining the process and helpful in getting me started on the next steps. The process went quickly. She provided recommendations for the inspector (who was also wonderful) and the utility companies in the area. At the time of closing, she was ready in a moments notice to take care of everything. The closing went so smoothly, I forgot I was about to take a HUGE life changing step. Nicolette was even readily available after the sale of the house for an issue I ran into that was to be taken care of before the old owner left. It was taken care of within the hour. Wonderful experience, wonderful realtor. I would recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, she is absolutely wonderful and loves doing her job!
