Its been great to work with Bheem Bhat. He is very good in listening to the needs of the clients and very energetic as well as knowledgeable to fulfill the expectations of his clients. I had the opportunity to have him as my realtor to buy a home. He patiently listened to my needs, and diligently searched for the house that met my expectations. He worked with me thru late evening to submit a quote and I am glad we could finalize & get the house in 2-3 days after submitting quote. He worked with me in finding a mortgage lender, he took extra efforts in finding an evaluator to run thru inspection of the house while I am away on traveling for job. I could close the house with his help and moved in within 4-6 weeks. After couple of years, I had to sell my house and move to Texas on personal reasons. I reached out to him again. He came in and took additional efforts in listing the house very diligently. He had scheduled for open house and listened to potential customers and communicated with me timely. He could find a buyer and Bheem Bhat helped me to close the house in 4-5 weeks from listing all while I am away from the property location. Hes very dynamic, easy-to work with and transparent.
