Working Paul was an absolute joy. The time he took to explain the process from starting to look, all the way to closing, was completely unexpected, but gave my wife and I unparalleled confidence. It took us sometime to find "the one", but Paul stood with us, through it all, with utmost patience. He encouraged us, that when we find the right house we will know. We really appreciated that he wasn't in a rush, he understood the magnitude of this step to first time home buys. we worked Paul on finding a house for so long that our children started referring to home as Uncle Paul. They would get in the car and ask, "Are we going to see Uncle Paul today?" To me that level of comfort is endearing. His knowledge on the market goes far and beyond, just buying and selling. Overall, Paul has helped us to buy two houses and sell two houses. He has always shown professional expertise in his dealings with us. With the last house we sold, Paul went out of his way to find us the professionals we needed to do work on the house. In the month we had to do the work, Paul was either at the house or on the phone making sure everything went smoothly. We would not have been able to get the house ready for closing had it not been for Paul's diligence. With the first house that we bought through Paul, he again showed great professionalism. He must have shown us fifty house before we decided on the one we bought. We tried his patience, but he would not be satisfied until we were satisfied. Paul made sure that we understood every step of the procedure. We highly recommend Paul to anyone buying or selling a houses.
