Pauly paul is a persistent real-estate agent. The first time we talked was over 6-months before my wife and I purchased a house with him. Even though we werent financially ready to buy a home, he would follow up every month, send us updates on what interested us, and even let us know about opportunities he thought were great opportunities for when we were ready. Eventually, the time came when we were prepared to purchase, and no surprise at all, Paul had something lined up, and we were able to put in an offer within our first week of searching since he was already highly familiar with what we were looking for. In addition, to be hard-working, a people person, and having a great vision, Paul is low-key a master negotiator; and, by low-key, its more of a tactical game where he doesnt play all his cards but also doesnt come in slow. He was able to get us through the option period by having a handful of experts ready to expedite our inspections and gave us the confidence we were buying a high-quality home. It was a pleasure working with Paul, very personable and great at communication; I would highly recommend Paul and his team as an agent for Austin and the surrounding areas.
