Sandy is a gem in the real estate market. When you are looking for the right agent, there are few qualities that you most care about - Knowledge, understanding of the local market, and attention to the detail. Someone referenced her when I was looking for a place, and in that first meeting, we looked at a few places on her iPad. She was able to tell critical details just by reading the post. She comes with a great deal of experience in the real estate market, and it's her expertise that comes in very handy when you are trying to judge a house in a few minutes. Being the first time buyer, during the whole process, she was very responsive, forthcoming, and transparent. When I say responsive, I mean super-responsive. She is always on top of everything you can possibly care about and so much more. In addition to that, she was very patient in explaining all different aspects of a home purchase to me that are important - be it the market study, the right price, financial process and much more. All this was very helpful being the first time buyer. Her commitment to the client is gold plated. I know this from my own experience. So, in the first week, we went to see many places in the evening. I loved this one place that we went to that day, and it had just come into the market. It met all my criteria, and I wanted to move forward on it right away. Guess what came in handy, she was able to look at the home and tell me immediately what's good and what's bad. Anyhow after getting the expert advice, I made the decision and wanted to move fast. Guess what? We worked together the very same day on the phone late in the night around 12-1 AM just so that we could get the offer out on the same day. Even at that hour, she very patiently explained the offer to me in detail, and we were able to get the offer out on time. So, as I said - Knowledge, understanding the local market, and attention to the detail. What's better than that? You get all of this with Sandy, and also she will take care of you like a family. I definitely felt that way. As I said, she is a gem! Oh and yes in case I forgot to tell I got the place we drafted the offer that late night! Thank you Sandy!

One of my good friends recommended Sandy to me when I started my house search in the Bothell area upon moving to Seattle in 2014. As I was a first time home buyer, I was not sure what I was getting into but due to Sandy's tireless efforts, warm and friendly attitude, support, patience, and expertise, it couldn't have been a more smooth and exciting process.Firstly, Sandy does not come across as an agent. She is more like family to me. She is the epitome of responsiveness and patience. In 2014, she had helped me look at 15-20 homes but I had to abruptly discontinue my search due to personal reasons. She didn't let that affect our relationship or her contract. So when I restarted my search in 2015, she brought the same tireless efforts, energy, and rigor to the process. She carefully understood our requirements and zeroed in on the communities and neighborhood that would work best for us. And indeed, this time, we successfully found our beautiful home in less than a month thanks to Sandy's local knowledge and process expertise.Secondly, her negotiation skills are off the charts. We were dealing with a difficult agent from the builder's office before we could buy the house we liked. But she helped us navigate the conversations with ease and got us a good offer and a great home that we liked within our budget! This, inspite of the fact that we were dealing with Lennar, the nation's 3rd largest builder. Needless to say, I was impressed with this.There is one more thing. Typically, in other real estate platforms like Redin, the agent is out of the picture after the deal is closed. Our relationship with Sandy was not like that. She kept in touch regularly to ensure we are happy customers even going out of her way to help us when we had rented our house to a tenant and had some issues in the legal paperwork involved in the landlord insurance. She connected me to an experienced real estate lawyer and also suggested ways to get a faster and better claim approval. So, I am really happy I chose her to be my agent. She is a true friend for life, always watching out, helping us out and sticking with in times of need and stress! I highly recommend anyone looking for a highly qualified and friendly real estate agent to get in touch with Sandy!
