As a single parent purchasing a detached home, there were SEVERAL parameters that I had to take into consideration that other buyers may not have to take into account. Are the schools good? Will I be able to get home within a reasonable amount of time if need be? Is it too far away from my support system? Etc. Etc., Etc. This resulted in my search being far more difficult than that of many other buyers. When I tell you that Nicole was nothing less than loving, kind, patient and understanding throughout this lengthy process, I mean it!! Please do not waste your time searching for another agent! Nicole is a true professional and she responds in a timely manner. She is both sincere and extremely honest as well. I never felt rushed or as though Nicole was encouraging me to buy a property that she would not purchase for herself. As a matter of fact, she would frequently frown and tell me, "This isn't the one. You can do better!" That says a great deal about her character (seeing as though her income is directly linked to the selling properties!!!) My sister utilized Nicole's services as well when she needed to sell her home and would echo all of my sentiments. If I ever decide to sell or purchase in the future, I would not hesitate to contact Nicole Tudisco again and you should do the same!
