We worked with Team Tackney to sell our parents house, and everything about the experience was better than expected. Jen, Geoff and Kelli are specialists in the West Garden Grove area, and provided us with all the information that we needed to make the decision to list the house, price it appropriately and get top dollar for the house. They flyer and photos on various websites showed the house and property to it's very best advantage. My elderly mother was still living in the house while it was for sale, and Jen and Kelli especially went above and beyond to make sure that she was comfortable and SAFE throughout the whole experience. Anything we struggled with, Team Tackney stepped in to help us get it done. The open houses that they held were very well attended, and they kept the showings to windows that my mom was comfortable with. We received multiple offers, and Team Tackney effectively managed them so that we would get top dollar (well above asking). Geoff and Jen were also very helpful through the after sale negotiations (pest control, etc.) It's clear that everyone on Team Tackney really loves what they do, and I felt like they really cared about us. I recommend them very highly and would use them again in a heartbeat.
