Where to begin, Kiefer from the start went above and beyond to find my parents their new home, even when things were certain as nothing is in today's market, during the process he made sure contracts were up to date, communicated every step clearly and was happy to do work to get us to closing, if not for his dedication to us we may not have located the house or have a sale to review. This was better in the end than one can expect, I'd call him more of a friend than just our realtor, our need for a home was tricky, credit and financing, multiple animals so renting was not an option, from the beginning this was all know and he said I'll see this through and true to his word he did just that. Today we made it to close through all the obstacles and it feels great, a huge thanks from our entire family. Thanks again
