First time home buyer...I contacted Eunice and let her know I was looking to buy a house. She had me send her a list of houses that I liked in the area. She then took that list and set me up on a portal search with other similar homes. We narrowed down the list to 5 that we wanted to see. That weekend we went and walked through all of the houses. I ended up making an offer on the last house we visited. The house had been on the market for 16 days and we later found out that there were 15 other offers on the house. Eunice had me write a letter to the seller and told me to put my heart into it, so I did. The next day, when the seller was reviewing all offers, Eunice was in constant contact with the sellers agent. She helped me put together and negotiate a competitive offer. They ended up accepting my offer and told us that it was the letter that set my offer apart from the others. The whole process, when I contacted Eunice to offer accepted, took 1 week. If you are looking to buy a house I could not recommend Eunice enough. She is smart, hard working, and very easy to work with. Give her a call and you will be in your dream house in no time!
