2016...My husband and I were referred to Tammie by a friend who has worked with her in the past. I called her and she invited us to a home-buyer seminar that was VERY educational and helpful because she knew we were first time home buyers. She then set up a follow up meeting to answer all our questions. She spent time getting to know us, our personalities, and what we wanted in a house. She has showed us 4-5 houses so far and each of them has something that we mentioned. Throughout all our interactions, Tammie has been quick to respond, very educational, shown great knowledge of the area, and has been all-around an exceptional agent to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone - first time buyer or seasoned in home buying. 2017... update! We unexpectedly were moved for my husband's job! So, we used Tammie and her team again. From the selling side, Tammie and her team are fantastic. She sold our beloved house in ~2 weeks! She was very educational (explaining everything!) and helped us to price our house competitively while also helping us to make the most from the sale. Additionally, she and her team advertised our house so well; they always responded to us almost immediately and negotiated with the buyers well. We definitely believe we worked with the BEST realtor and team in Brazoria County. You can't go wrong with working with Tammie and her team. (Also, her transaction coordinator, Nicki, is amazing!!! So organized and on top of things!) Thanks for all you have done to help us have a smooth transition from Texas to Georgia!
